Just as agriculture involves distinct stages for a successful harvest — planting, seed germination with early rains, followed by maturation and ripening triggered by the last rains of the seasons, known as the 'latter rain' — we as individuals also undergo a growth journey that culminates in maturity and a harvest of lessons and achievements.
