“... we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” This thoughtful exploration of the passage from the book of Romans is achieved through the careful interplay between the yellowish-gold and black hues in this abstract painting. Consider how the yellowish-gold almost seems to emerge in the foreground, out of the morass of black. We are beckoned to consider that, even in the darkest times, we are never far from the love of God. In other words, we come forth as gold.
