Community cats are a common sight in many neighbourhoods around Singapore, and are part of a shared experience for many locals who grew up in public housing flats.
Starting with our community cats, children can be taught to love animals from a young age. With the right encouragement and guidance, they can also learn to delight in and enjoy interacting with these neighbourhood cats as previous generations have.
